1DayOneOffer is an online promotional program, published by Easyvoyage, registered with the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (CNIL) under the number 1387786. to which each user can free register. All embedding of a user's data in the OneDayOneOffer program is carried out on the basis of his prior consent, (1) through gaming operations (2) on the sites of 1DayOneOffer partners.
Once registered, each user receives promotional offers through the OneDayOneOffer Program.

We attach a great deal of importance to your private life and seek to build relations with you that are both strong and sustainable. As far as we are concerned the protection of your personal data is vital. This is why we provide you with our Charter for the protection of personal data, for you to be informed as clearly as possible of procedures implemented when you use this site.

This Charter applies to all services offered on easyvoyage.com (hereafter the “Site”).
This Charter is subject to French law N°78-17 dated 6 January 1978 relating to the protection of personal data (loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l'informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés) and EU regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data.
Definitions
“Data Controller”: means the person who decides on the purposes for and methods of processing personal data.
“Personal Data”: Information enabling you to be recognised as a person. Your surname is personal data. Your telephone number, email and IP address are items of personal data.
“Processing of personal data”: means an action or group of actions appplied to personal data (collection, recording, storage, consultation etc.)
Who collects this personal data? Easyvoyage, whose offices are at 2 rue Paul Vaillant Couturier 92300 Levallois Perret France, is responsible for all processing of personal data on its Site.
What are the reasons for collecting your personal data? Easyvoyage undertakes to collect, process and store your personal data for specific, legitimate and relevant purposes.
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
Access to Services available on Site,
Statistical reviews on the use of our services and receiving feed-back from users,
Sharing information on social networks,
Targeted advertising adapted to users’ interests and profiles,
Sales prospection for third parties.


Except for sales prospection, Easyvoyage considers that all of the above processing is necessary to fulfil the contract entered into between the user and Easyvoyage.
Sales prospecting depends on your consent to the processing of your data. Therefore when creating your on-Site account or registering on-site or on one of Easyvoyage’s external collection supports you are expressly requested for your consent to receive sales offers selected by Easyvoyage from its partners.
You have the right to withdraw your consent directly at any time by clicking on the de-subscription link which is on each email received or by contacting us.
In addition, we are likely to use and compile data for profiling. Profiling is the automatic processing of your personal data. This data is used to assess, analyse and predict your preferences, interests and behaviour. For example, we use this data to adapt the frequency of sending our campaigns on the basis of the frequency of your having opened previous campaigns.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them with Easyvoyage? Pursuant to the Loi Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978 you have the right to access, correct, oppose, delete, limit and transfer your data and not be subject to any automatic decision-making including profiling.

In order to protect the confidentiality of your personal data, a signed copy of a proof of identity is to be included in the application.
Easyvoyage will reply within one month of receipt of your application.
You may make any claim to the CNIL [the French National Agency regulating data protection] if you wish to contest Easyvoyage’s practices relating to the protection of personal data. However, we invite you to contact us using the contact references set out above before making any claim to the CNIL.
For how long is your data stored? Easyvoyage has set up strict rules relating to the storage of its users’ personal data.
The personal data of prospects who have given their consent to sales prospecting and Site members will be stored for three years from the date of collection or the last contact from the user.
What will happen to your data when you die? Pursuant to Article 40-1 of the Loi Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978, you may send us your instructions for the storage, deletion and transfer of your personal data after your death. These instructions may be general or specific.

Is your data transferred outside the European Union? Your personal data may be transferred to meet the purposes defined above to Companies situated outside the European Union that do not offer an adequate level of personal data protection.
Prior to the transfer outside of the European Union and pursuant to legislation in force, Easyvoyage implements all required procedures to obtain necessary guarantees for the security of these transfers (Privacy Shield, standard contractual provisions).
How does Easyvoyage protect your data? Easyvoyage takes a number of different measures to ensure the security of your data against loss, abusive use, unauthorised access, disclosure, change or destruction. In particular:
Access to databases is strictly reserved to persons who have been authorised and need to know in the context of their work.
Pursuant to the Loi Informatique et Libertés dated 6 January 1978 and to the EU Regulation, Easyvoyage ensured that its subcontractors undertake to comply with the security and confidentiality of data.
All Easyvoyage members of staff are made aware of the protection of personal data via training, newsletters and staff meetings.
Might this Charter be changed? Easyvoyage reserves the right to change this Charter for the protection of data at any time. In the event of material change such as the introduction of new purposes, Easyvoyage will supply you in advance with information on the subject of this new purpose, in order to ensure that you have a reasonable amount of time to exercise your rights under the Loi Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978 and the EU Regulation.
However we would encourage you to regularly consult this Charter to inform yourself of the methods of protection of your personal information provided by Easyvoyage.
